Classic/Kit Car Insurers

Can anyone recommend an insurance company that doesn't have expensive fees for changing the vehicle mid policy.
I've got to insure my Robin Hood Kit Car that I've finally decided to sell just to be able to take it for an MOT test then I need to change the policy over to my MK2 Fiesta which is also going to be got rid of. When that's gone, I need to insure the Laser which is 80% done now. I've been with Lancaster and Adrian Flux in the past and they were frankly rip off artists with their hidden extra charges.
Oh I wish I still had my Motor Traders policy, it made life so much easier!
