CCI rear louvre fitting kit

Post by Bracey »

I hope everyone's enjoying the bank holiday weekend? Has anyone used this kit from CCI? Even better has anyone got pictures of it on the car?

Thanks,
Dan

I looked into it but even CCI told me the quality was poor . Shame as a set of louvers would be cool :)

You can get the original fittings from Autoplas still! There is only one guy in the whole British arm of the company that knows about them though (I'm being serious!). Call them and ask about it... I can't remember the guy's name, he's been there since the 70s. Think its Colin, or Cyril, or something.

Thanks for the tip! A guy off Instagram picked a kit up from them last year so it's looking hopeful. I'll give them a call tomorrow.

I called Auto-plas today but it looks like the old boy retired. At least I hope that's what happened as they said 'he's no longer with us' and I didn't like to ask! Anyway I got some help from a nice lady called Jenny who should be posting out the parts to me this week. You'll need a KH number to work out which parts fit. This should be on the back of the louvre, mine didn't have one but it looks to be a KH50. I'll update once the parts are here and fitted.

Cheers!

No idea unfortunately. The codes are below if it's any help. O/W stands for 'over wiper' in case you were wondering for the Mk3. Give them a call with the code and Auto-plas should be able to match it up to the parts you'll need.

MK2 and 3 are of course, but no idea about MK1.
