That's what I assumed - but then I wondered if you had a claim under someone else's policy whether their insurers would accept the agreed value.. or is it that you deal with your insurer and then they sort it out between themselves?

It's a very interesting thought actually. I really don't know for sure. Perhaps your own insurance would pay it and claim it back?

I am phoning Clare from A-Plan today as per Smoke_Em's advice. Had to save my money again as I decided to drink loads of it to compensate for not having a Capri! Pubs are expensive aren't they :beer:

Yes, Capri is SORN-ed currently in a super secret rural location. And our cat sprayed on it yesterday! This all started about 4 years ago when I lived in Co-Op housing... one of the cats marked it, and ever since, wherever it goes, it gets a little dose of pheremones from any passing cats. It must be the only Capri that travels the country as a primitive "community forum" for moggies. "Ooh, a reply from Tiddles, I must let him know how I am" [psssss]

Wil let you know how it goes.. calling A-Plan now.
