Noob Saying Hi from Scandinavia

Post by turbobanana5 »

Hello Guys n gals of the forum,
Just signed up as i found myself looking at a Capri to add the the history of great car buying decisions.
Found a 2.8 MK3 for sale local to me, since adding an small human to the family i find myself in need of something 2+2 sized at least as the current MX5 is fine if i leave the other half at home and take only the wee one, not always a bad decision though.

I am currently trying to find if it is possible to decode the VIN number of an ex UK car that is now oversees? I want to confirm it is all it is claimed to be as given the time passed and the habits of people to swap bit over it could be almost anything by now.

Off for a pootle around the forum and see what a search turns up,

I'm next door in Finland, originally from the UK though.

I'll get some pics of it once I get to see it.
