Can anyone assist? Correct spec auto transmission fluid for 1977 3.0 Ghia auto mk 2? Thanks

Hi,
According to the Haynes manual, the specification of lubricant depends on which gearbox it is. The two types are distinguished by the colour of the dipstick.
However, the Ford workshop manual makes no mention of this, it simply states that the fluid should be to Ford specification SQM-2C-9007-AA (M2C-33G).
