is the windscreen on my 2.8 glued in or are they just held in by the rubber?
where can i get a replacement rubber from if i damage it?

The front screen should only be held in by the rubber although sometimes a cowboy screen fitter will use far too much sealant so it would appear to be glued in.
I have good used rubbers for the later size screens, new seals for that screen are not available.

This brings back memories from When I was about 4 and my dad would change his screen in his escort van. He used to push it out with his feet but I couldn't reach the middle so I would use a stick (served no help whatsoever)
