Re: spots or not
If I could have a smooth bumper with no indicators I would.

Re: spots or not
Clean IMO. Spotlights are better suited to cars with more of a rally pedigree IMO.

Re: spots or not
True, but just thinking it's not such an obvious rally machine as, say, a mk1 escort.
Re: spots or not
Keep the lines clean - as had been said before the less on a capri the better it looks.
(plus - there is the whiff of naff 80's boy racer about them on a capri )

Spots are for teens.
Now, neons and underbody LEDs on the other hand, single wiper conversions, headlight eyebrows, bonnet scoops, Feu Orange, seat belt shoulder pads, steering wheel covers, Paul Walker tribute stickers, DTM mirrors!
Tasty!

It is indeed up to the individual, but in this case Mr/Mrs Mantage asked for an opinion, and duly received several!

Re: spots or not
My first Capri came with spots and they really did light up the long night time drives up to Scotland but these days I find there's so much traffic on the roads that unless you're out between 2am & 5am you can't use them for more than a few seconds before you get oncoming.

Re: spots or not
I'm eating carrots. The less clutter the better the car looks. That means no areal. No spoiler. No side rubbing strips. No rear wiper or washer jet. No sunroof. No bumper over riders. No passenger mirror, door locks in handles, No badges decals or fook all. But NOT the bumperless look, that's too 80s custom.
