Post by martinc92 »

Hi all

does anyone have any tips where to get new (under door card) door plastic sheeting from or best material to use?

my plastic sheeting is beyond refitting after full respray.

Clear "black bag" style bags and silicone sealant is what I used.

I got a sheet of heavy gauge plastic from my local carpet store, (used to wrap large rolls of carpet) cut it to size and stuck to the door using double sided tape, bought from Halfords.

I have seen people using large sheets of bubblewrap, taped to the door.

Yes I thought it looked good also. And perhaps some sound deadening?
