2.8 Pad Anti Rattle Springs

Morning Guys,

I'm after a set of front brake pad anti rattle springs for My 280 as there are none fitted to mine and the pads rattle a bit. I have scoured ebay, and only found brake fitting kits that do have the shims, pins and R clips, but no anti rattle springs. Local motor factors have proved no good, and from googling I see this has been asked before on here, and halfords was suggested. I checked their website with no success, and I asked in store, but sadly the guy I spoke to was at al loss to what a Capri was, let alone a 'brake pad anti rattle spring'.

Ford main dealer was a no go as the part is no longer available. has anyone found a supplier of these?

Ferodo used to do a kit, BAK103, which included springs. Sold at halfords but whether you can still get them???

Found them on Tickover, well as part of a kit, but I will fit the whole lot. Thank you though. Much appreciated

the capri club have them as got them for mine larst year cci try think kit was a tenner

Yes, was just going to suggest Capri Club, I should think that Capri Gear would have them also.
