In the seventies quite a few hot-rodder types copied the dragster style of big rear wheels with a high back end to suit, not always with the power to match but some of them did look mean, especially if they were V6 with a decent exhaust.
Longer spring-hangers (leaf shackles) on the springs will lift the back end but it does need a full job doing which means bigger wheels dia & width or it'll look daft. You'd then need high ratio diff or big engine etc. etc.
Longer springs for a proper front lift.

Stuck some 14" wheels and thick rubber on the back of mine.. with a 3.77 diff and the hot pinto it shifts well. Rubs though when loaded.. and I don't have any rear seats.. so I'm going to go the longer shackles route eventually.
I'm the one who leaves all those shoes in the carriageway.
