Where to hide cd player?

Post by Sean007 »

As titled,
Most people just put it in the glove box, or the boot,
But is there enough room above the glove box, or behind the ash tray,
My idea is to hide the radio then solder some wires from the radio fascia to the radio if you get my meaning. Then just put the display in the arm rest compartment,
Is this a good idea or just silly?
Thanks
Sean

I successfully managed to create an ipod jack using headphone's connected directly to the speaker wrapped in tape (For H&S lol) . done the job if you have any problems!

That seems alot of work to play music from your phone!?

Why not just get a power amp in the glove box and hook your phone/ipod/mp3 to that..?
