Maybe a lesson to be learned here. If you sourced your spares from a reliable supplier then you wouldn't have this problem. E -Bay is full of fly by night shisters who don't give a toss once they've got your cash. The stuff might seem cheap but if it's knackered or doesn't turn up at all then it works out bloody expensive. That's my take on it, no doubt there'll be others who disagree and who think E-Bay is great. I hope you get it sorted ASAP.

You should go to the Ebay resolution centre and open a case for the item. I had to do that recently for two items, purchased from the same seller, neither of which I ever received. I also received no contact from the seller either, nor could I contact him / her.
Within 2 weeks I had my money refunded. Good luck.

How did you pay? If you paid by Paypal then relax - you can report it as item not received and the seller then has to prove delivery, which must be a signed receipt from a recognised official delivery firm. - this is the same reason that if you are selling on E Bay, NEVER accept paypal for an item that you are delivering yourself or they are collecting - the "buyer" can report it as not received when he gets it, and even if you have got them to sign a bill of sale or the like, paypal will NOT accept it as proof of delivery. They will refund the buyer & they get your goods and their money! So seller beware as well as buyer!!

To be honest, Ebay is discouraging good honest sellers by charging so much and always taking the buyers side.
Buyers are fully protected these days by Paypal. Ebay and Buyers Shaft the sellers. Its amazing any sellers bother these days.
