Having lived and owned a car in the States for a short while I can tell you that this ain't going to be easy. You can ship the car in a container for about £500 but there will probably be all sorts of tax to pay! The car will have to run on unleaded fuel as there is absolutely no 4-star available and you can't buy the addititves either. You would, depending on Florida's laws, have to have catalytic converters fitted and the car would eventually need converting to left hand drive which is going to be extremely diffiult to do. They may force you to do all sorts of modifications to the car to make it compy with modern safety standards. You may find it easier and much cheaper to sell your Capri and begin a love afair with a nice big Ford Mustang. They are serious cars and seriously cheap!
