Dukes!

Post by Reeles »

I have recently been watching repeats of the Dukes of Hazzard and was wondering:-
1. Is there any place that will fit a full roll cage to a 1983 2.8i?
2. Where abouts can I get a horn with the same catchy tune as the dukes, and is it possible
to keep the existing horn connected via a seperate button?

I hope you are not intending to try and jump over ravines in your Capri ! Why on earth do you need a roll cage in a street car? It will take up valuble space and weigh down the car even more. Leave that sort of thing up to insecure Escort drivers!

I remember about twenty years ago people used to have air horns that played the Dukes of Hazzard tune so you probably can get them from somewhere. The tune always sounded too slow and often missed out a few notes much to the embarrassment of the driver! They died out at about the same time those rear window 'waving hands' became popular which was just before furry dice took off in a big way....
