Red Light District!

This problem has been puzzling me for ages, but just recently it
has become even more frequent. When driving around the handbrake
light comes on on its own. I have checked the brakes but there is plenty of pad and disk left on both. Any Ideas? Thanks.

The rear drums arn't leaking anything and there is plenty of fluid in the reservior. The handbrake is out of adjustment would this be a factor? I didn't think so at first but it now seems to be the only thing out of place with the braking system unless I have missed something....?

A cleanout of the top cap and sensor did the trick!
