2.8 rear springs or cci ones

help... I need to know if 2.8 springs will maintain original rideheight OR if there are uprated 'standard' rear springs I can use. How much dosh am I looking at. The car is to be used for track daze.
I have SVO Capri and it needs to be returned to the track because to leave it stuck in a garage is not what was intended for it.
Can I call it RS2100T???

Definitely use 2.8i springs. Buy them from Leda suspension (but cheaper than CCI).

They will drop the ride height a little (don't know how much off top of head).
