cant seem to find the marks on the exhaust manifold to see whether or not i have hard valves or not am i looking in the right place?

IT IS NO GOOD LOOKING I READ SOME WHERE THEY WERE NOT FITTED ON THE CAPRI ENGINE.IF YOU WANT ONE THE SIERRA OR THE GRANADA AROUND A 1990 HAVE THE HARDENED

Despite rumours to the contary I believe that not a single Capri left the factory fitted with an unleaded head. You need a late model sierra pinto head from 1988-1989 to get the unleaded head.
