My mum

Post by Fordoholic Nick »

Hi all,

My life's been turned upside down. I lost my mum couple of days ago to covid. Just devestating news and am just broken with grief at the moment. Was not able to visit my parents in Yorkshire due to the restrictions so last time I actually seen mum was way back in June and that was only for a few hours so it kills me I did not get to spend more time with her. . Just feel terrible. I will miss her so much as I rang her every day for sometimes only a few mins but she always loved my calls. And now Dad has tested positive for covid and has to isolate at a time when we should be with him This virus is just pure evil and really does destroy lives.
So look after yourselves and your loved ones guys.

Truly sorry to read that Nick. Words seldom cover what needs to be conveyed at such times. Know that you are in our thoughts and hoping for a good outcome for your Dad.

:sorry: To hear the loss of your Mum Nick :(

Been through it with both my parents, and all the ifs and buts make no difference you did all you could at this time! Time is a great healer and you will always remember her.

I hope your dad makes a speedy recovery then you can meet up when the time is right.

Best wishes to you, and Siobhan

Wayne, Thanks very much mate. What an amazing picture this is. I do believe this mate, it's just so hard to accept right now. I just miss her so much. I have uploaded this photo to my gallery on my phone so it's there when I need it.

Thanks so much Wayne.
