...pheasant stew with onions, garlic, leeks, red wine, red currant jelly, juniper berries, bit of bovril, potatoes, tomatoes, rosemary, salt and pepper. Got some venison to go in the lovely juice after the bird is eaten.
I'm the one who leaves all those shoes in the carriageway.

Ive never eaten pheasant ...... its on the hit list . There are only a few small areas where its legal to bag one , and you need a game bird licence

It is tasty beyond words, great way of doing it that. I put 800g of venison in the last of it a few hours ago too
