Seem to remember Mr Clarkson advocating something similar a few years ago for Volvos. Remove the steering wheel airbag and replace it with a big spike. That would make the beggars think twice!

Funnily enough on Bargain Hunt yesterday they had a jug which was " a real antique... from the mid 1900s." I suddenly felt very, very old indeed
