Tony Osoba, he was the guy in Stakeout episode that punched Doyle inside the bowling alley then got beat up outside. He also played McClaren in Porridge

Same guy  They are forced to offer him a pardon because he can help find someone. He still loves his pump action shotguns, putting feathers in his hair and stealing motors. He's hilarious, the first thing he does when he is offered this deal for his freedom is drive to a zoo to get exotic feathers  Total klepto too, he sees a nice car, nicks it, drives it to a meeting, then either steals the keys to a fresh one off whoever he meeting (if he doesn't like them) or then steals a new one. I was almost rolling around on the floor in hysterics.

No wrong again mate, he plays Big Billy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6KrTpi9U7s

You are thinking of 'Ziggy' Byfield in the Professionals bikers episode Wild Justice. Yes that MG door looked like cardboard
