All I could see when I looked at that pic NIck, is - Massage £19.99
Thanks for the info, one of the best things about the forum is people spreading the word like this when useful things come up. Definitely worthwhile having an extinguisher in the garage, as well as the home, as well as fire blankets.

I carry a 1kg one screwed into my footwell.. used to be a 2kg one but cant find the bracket for it.
Amusing story.... friend of a friend had a vehicle fire and pulls over, running around like a headless chicken as no means to fight it. Then a brand new supercar pulls up, the window comes down, driver chucks out a fire extinguisher then fucks off
And yes it put it out. He always carries one after that

I have a 1kg one in the back of the Capri, bracket screwed in the boot. Also have a first aid kit - plasters, paracetamol, etc. Never know when it's going to come in handy!

Paul this is great value as I usually pay £60 per hour with my massage lady.....ermmmm...........
Thanks Paul. Yep one of my best buys has to be the Clarkes low profile trolley jack you gave a great heads up to a couple of years back. What a stunning bit of kit that is.....

Bleeding Hell Jason, I was right to be a tad worried when I walked into your lounge earlier today onto a plastic sheet...Jasonmarie wrote: ↑Mon Jan 27, 2020 7:25 pm I have a large think plastic sheet in our vito van just so if I need to wrap the mother in laws body up and dump at sea I have it to hand .

Re: LIDL Extinguisher
Thank you Nick, mine sure gets some use And the low profile-ness of it really does come in handy, wouldn't have been able to get a normal jack under some cars I have lifted.Fordoholic Nick wrote: ↑Mon Jan 27, 2020 10:05 pm Thanks Paul. Our friend Aldi have these extinguishers in I have noticed, same price too. As well as lots of other car goodies, such as an excellent 4 mat sat (Michelin) for just £4.99 currently, that really is a bargain, and the calipers that some of us have already bought -
Re: LIDL Extinguisher
The calipers I can recommend, bought some years ago, still in perfect nick. Internal, external, depth, don`t know how I ever managed without them, plus really excellent build quality.

Oooh, must go to a decently sized aldi...
Re: LIDL Extinguisher
Ooh golly you be careful keeping it in the boot of that Capri (imagine motherly voice) because if somebody god forbid shunts you from behind, you might not be able to open the boot.
