Nothing to worry about Nige, I certainly can't see it

Followed by a good coating of rust paint
I'm interested to know, what product was that Peter?

Hi Peter. Mate you might want to treat the lid on that tin of rust beater...looks a bit rusty fella. That rust beater should do the trick. Hope this helps  :)

Thank you Peter, appreciate that. Very good repair you must be very pleased. As regards to the airbrush used, was that one of the small type, similar to those used for Airfix kits?

No worries Paul.
Thank you, yes not too bad and hopefully the shadow of the spoiler will help disguise things.

About a year ago I popped in to our favourite tool store - Aldi - not sure what for now and came out with one of these instead! The air brush is much like the one that Steve mentioned recently but I don't have to worry about having a can of compressed air around. It's useful to have on the shelf.

Thanks very much Peter, very interesting that. I'm always interested to know how good repairs have been done. There are that many tricks and methods which can be used in bodywork repairs, it's great to have the knowledge of them all.
