Sold my Capri today. Sad to see it go but I know the new owner will look after it and get it better than I ever could.
Thank you for all the help and support from this club.
It helped me keep a Capri on the road which ultimately is what we all want.
Back to the head gasket change on my Ford Probe......
Rob
Thank you.
Re: Thank you.
Very thoughtful of you to show your appreciation. Any problems with your Probe, we`ll still help if we can, almost a Capri....

Yep nice one Rob. Good luck with your Probe. I really like them. See a few at shows and they look very cool indeed. Don't see many at all now. Cheers mate

It`s not just me then, I always thought they were a pretty stylish car. Seem to be a lot of detractors for some reason?Fordoholic Nick wrote: ↑Sat Jul 27, 2019 10:00 am I really like them. See a few at shows and they look very cool indeed. Don't see many at all now. Cheers mate

Re: Thank you.
It’s basically a Mazda. Only the body is Ford. The probe was never a replacement for the Capri although some misguided car show visitors always said it

Re: Thank you.
That is a nice thread idea, to conclude your Capri ownership, good one I'd stick around here with your Probe though.
Re: Thank you.
I have previously owned both the 4 cylinder and V6 Probes and really enjoyed both of them, the V6 is especially fun to drive.
