Capri Perana Spotted

Post by Andrew 2.8i »

I saw a light yellow Mark 1 Perana today at around 3 PM, first spotted driving on the A41 driving towards Bicester. I assumed it was a replica until I got up close and heard it! The wheelspin in second gear as the driver accelerated away from a roundabout was another clue! Curiously, it was on an X plate, obviously it hadn't been issued an age-related plate when it was imported. Does it belong to anybody on the forum, or does anybody know of it?

It looks like it!
The Astra and Cavalier were exhibits at a show I went to yesterday. The Capri definitely wasn't at the show, it was just driving along the road.
