Postman's just been

Post by nigecapri »

Postie just delivered my new socks from New Zealand :-)

"My first car was a Capri" he says. "1.6 and a 1.3, loved them to bits."

First time with the covers off and someone's liking it already :D

New head gasket & stem seals fitted, pulled the stat out too. Small split in the boost pipe though so needs some tlc.

Our Postman caught me changing the coolant on mine last winter. "That's in good nick" he said :)

I don't really like people seeing it at home as word can get around where it is. I always have the Focus in front of the garage when the door is open so it can't be seen from the road.

Just had the neighbour pop around with his voltmeter to check my battery, another positive comment  :sorry:

There are some really old battery jokes doing the rounds, it's good to see yours are current. :)

 He did actually pop around to test my battery as I was a little concerned, but all good :D The joke just came to me as I was typing :)

Probably heatstroke, hope it's not terminal :headscratch:

And there’s me worrying whether my new tyre dressing will arrive before Friday!
