I didn'.t even know they were planning the article. I wasn't asked to advertise alongside it or to make any contribution whatsoever

Because it was started by Mark Swetnam in relation to his Capri Laser. It used to have a smallish Q&A section that was purely technical but gradually developed and became bigger, costlier and more time consuming than he was able to deal with so he agreed to hive off the forums some years ago but it is still called the Capri Laser Page. However, the true Laser Page still relates to Mark's cars and his interest in Capris

It's a brilliant site and full of useful Capri jobs info. Also, Mark does update it, was done at the tail end of last year.

Classic Ford didn't say - but that's the last 280 Capri that Ford keeps at Dagenham. Their sister title, Fast Ford is also planning a "bookazine" on the Capri later in the year.

At least I don't have such a squeaky voice if I ever do an audiobook.
