Right, who's keen for it next year?

Beaulieu are doing a similar setup for the Capri as they did with the Escort at Simply Ford this year, so how about a joint SCC/Laser/CP club stand, on the tarmac? I need to give some good numbers but if we can get 25 combined than that'll be great!

Currently full up and no more space but I still want a 2.8...

I'd consider it if there would be enough capris going, but not so keen to turn up and see a field full of 2010 Focuses/Fiestas I'm afraid!

It's a good day if you are fairly local. The Auto Jumbles they hold look interesting too :)

Not sure about this one myself. Am down to work at the moment. Will see what I can do. Parking on the tarmac is the golden circle at Beaulieu. Would be well cool. Great jumble too as Andy says.

Right, well we have secured the tarmac area, and I have been advised if people purchase their tickets, and let me know, then I can email a club label to you individually when I receive it. 20 spaces set aside, let me know when you've booked your ticket online!

Course the weather will be great! But the main thing is the tarmac area is secured. Did anybody see that they made an official announcement on their site about that? Ignore the fact that it says SCC will be supplying the cars, it goes to show that are acknowledging it!

Ok Update guys!

So I need to get the labels from Beaulieu (by tonight I hope!), and meeting points are very simple, depending on what is easiest; 6:15 @ Fleet services on the M3, to leave 6:30am, then onto Rownhams services for 7:15, leave there & get really early in the queue. Any questions or anybody coming further please let me know

I've just bought my tickets. Probably too late to join you in the main area, but if you do have any spaces left that would be great?

travelling down from Bristol, completely opposite route from you, so i'll see you in the queues at about 7:30

really looking forwards to meeting more Capri owners

cheers Andy

I've messaged everyone, so please respond and we'll get all sorted for Sunday. Apologies for the lateness, Beaulieu held onto this as long as possible!

This was another great show put on by Beaulieu and the weather was kind to us.
I didn't bother taking any photo's as most of the cars are the same every year.

But someone caught me leaving unfortunately he must be more of an Escort and Sierra fan as he didn't catch much of me, but you can hear me :)

And here are some official photo's https://www.flickr.com/photos/beaulieu_ ... 1702/page1

The Escort Cosworth at the end picked up an award for 2nd place car of the day. Those that were at the Haynes meet might recognize it as the chap was there. I spoke to him briefly and its running 750BHP, not too surprising the thing is like a rocket!
