Classic Car Weekly

Post by D366Y »

Hi guys,

Just thought I'd ask if anyone reads Classic Car Weekly at all....??

Just curious as fingers crossed I'll be getting an article in there in 2019 as part of the 50years of capri piece they are doing :D

I've been told I'll get an update when it goes to print in January so will let you know if it's of interest??

Cheers
Danny

I've also contributed to this article from a traders perspective. Hopefully it will wake a few people up but I doubt it. I look forward to reading the finished piece.

Hi Danny,
That sounds great, I definitely will buy that. How did it come about that you were asked to be interviewed?

Thanks Andrew, I've been told that someone will tell me when it goes to print so will update as and when I hear anything.

Strangely It came about from a chap on Instagram who got in touch who works for the magazine... We 'follow' each other as he has a capri as well so one day I randomly got a message saying that he was looking for a piece on capris for the article and wanted to know if I would be interested in writing something for them, naturally I jumped at the chance! :)

That's amazing Danny, it sounds brilliant! I look forward to reading your piece.
What's next on the agenda, getting a book on the Capri published? :)

It will be interesting to read about the Capri from Martin's viewpoint too.

Andrew.

Haha I don't think I'll get the funding for a whole book somehow  But I'm also interested to read Martin's views as well, I know we hear a lot but a more detailed article would be interesting as well
