Great days
Just sat here at 2am and watched this right through. Its brilliant stuff ! Great to watch, especially the full size clay models ! The design process back then was state of the art stuff but looking back knowing how things are today its bleefin amazing really the equipment and process. The relative simplicity of parts of the process is brilliant yet the detail they go into is way beyond 'simple'. Really enjoyed watching this. Thanks for the link .

No problem, i really enjoyed it to. Takes me back to my CDT projects at school. It is amazing the lengths they go to, can see now how it took so long. I think Sierra was started in 1977. Mind you it's not until you start a rebuild that you realise how many different parts go into making a car and I suppose all have to be designed and tested in some way.

This one's a good one. What a great car and a forgotten Ford really.
