Workshop space

Does anyone know of any workshops up for rent in or around Woking, gu22?
Me and my boss are moving out of our unit which is pretty much used for plumbing storage but we do have car project so need somewhere of a reasonable size, well need enough space for say 3 land rover disco's.
Something like a barn would be ideal
If anyone know of anything give me a shout
