Should be an impressive sight if you are near that area on July 10th http://www.cityam.com/288521/raf-centen ... -watch-and

I will keep an eye out for this. I often see planes that have been doing a Buckingham Palace fly by as they tend to keep straight and low to avoid Heathrow traffic and that brings them out over High Wycombe. Recently seen the Lancaster with the Spitfire and Hurrican and the Red Arrows as well.

Hi Paul,
According to the news report on this yesterday, Heathrow and/or Gatwick have been grounded for 20 minutes iirc while this happens.

Hope it's good weather and you get to see something

Wish I could justify a bit of time out to catch them somewhere but not really practical at the moment :(

The Lancaster Bomber flew over us on the weekend, there was an air show in Swansea. It truly is a very impressive sight & sounded amazing. Felt privileged to have seen it, well worth the trip next week if anyone's in the area :applaud:

Great video, would have gone down to see the show but traffic reports in the area put us off so was well pleased to see it fly past ours.
Going to Goodwood Festival of Speed again next Friday, they have the Red Arrows plus other military planes do a fly over, looking forward to it. Cheers for video.

Too right! We were in a queue from 9.5 miles out :o If we hadn't already had the tickets and paid to stop over the night before I might not have bothered but we did get in just as the flying started so not too bad in the end.

Spectacular, shows the skill of our Air Force. The cloudy sky actually made it better to see the formations. :applaud:
