Some great shots there you can not beat the old spitfire . We are lucky here as we have the spitfires fly over my village here in Kent as the year do flights with the spitfire at biggen hill just up the road .
And the Lancaster is a true English plane that makes you feel good to be English .

Loved them YouTube clips great find there .

I bet I know somebody who will like these (peter)

Great videos Andy. That last one with the Lancaster is my fav. Me and Mrs F were up at Derwent Reservoir a few weeks ago. We found a lovely spot on the banks. You can see why they used it for practice flights for the dambusters. Think they used a few and Derwent was one of them. Beautiful reservoir/dam. Wish a Lancaster flew past while we were there !!

:agree: It was an ideal place for 617 squadron to practice....Real heroes :cheers:

Great collection of clips Andy, that first one was hilarious, no wonder he ducked :D

I love the Spitfire one, the late Ray Hanna, superb pilot.

I was lucky enough to catch the Vulcan landing locally on a breezy day 5 years ago:
