Also look what is at Aution this February https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1002124 I thought the Doctor would have sold this easy . Yes it’s a marmite Capri but Andrew and my self have heard this twice now and OMG it’s amazing sound .
It was unsold yesterday, making around £28K! Definate Marmite car!
In the write up it states -

It has a meticulous document history file when it was in it's pre modified state.

The car was faultless, fabulous bodywork

Knowing that, I find it very sad, when you look at what they have done to such a car then.
Now for sale at £36500 until end of March....

I've just watched a trailer for yet another brand new car show. It appears to adhere to the trusted old formula of buying a car, fixing it and selling it on, this time at auction. It looks like it might be worth watching, but time will tell. It's called Bangers and Cash and starts this Thursday at 8 PM on Yesterday channel.

Did anybody see the first episode of Find It, Fix it, Drive It?
I don't believe I'm giving too much away if I say that Henry and Sam found a vehicle, fixed it then drove it......
I quite enjoyed it, but there's nothing new or unique about the show. Basically it's the same programme as Shed and Buried, but with a different name. :) Sam does all the mechanical and bodywork repairs while Henry does nothing but polish some chrome parts.....
Having said all that, it's still worth watching.

Hi Andy,

Great heads up for S2 of Flippin Bangers mate but I totally missed it as it was buried deep in this thread  BUT good old Tivo remembered I like this show and has automatically set up a series link. Just seen it has already taped S2 Ep1 last night...brilliant !! I love this show. Ten episodes to look forward too. Thank God its come around now as i had already had enough of that "Mission 'flatpack" after the first show. I skipped the second to watch the Capri one but even that was pretty tame.... :sorry: ....but just my honest opinion...

I really enjoyed Series one of Flippin Bangers and they got some good cars lined up for S2. Brilliant ! Something to look forward to.... :)

It is a great show, and if the rest of series 2 is as good as the first episode we are in for some great entertainment! :D
