That’s a good little helper , as we get older we have to make them little trips in the night .

They do say after 50 mate we have to go to our doctors for that check up . 
Mine was taken at Kings Hosiptal in 2013 it’s when that rubber glove goes on and the Gel goes on and the doctor says
“ You May feel a little uncomfortable “
The only affects to look out for afterwards is wanting to go to west end musicals and watching Come dance with me .
And singing “ The Hills are a live “
I never thought that a forum would do cooking tips make you go for old pictures in your loft and help out with health checks .
Anybody in there 40s and younger you have been warned .
