Blood Drive

Bit of a strange series on Syfy on a Thursday night about a car race in an 'apocalyptic' future where the cars run on blood - it's a Grindhouse production so enough said. Anyway, catching up on last week's episode I was sure there was a MKI Capri as an 'extra'. A quick check on IMCDB revealed this. Probably the best part of the programme

Nice to know that we will still be able to run our Capris once the supply of petrol runs dry....... :)

Andrew.

Is the show any good? I've stuck it on record because of the possibilities of nice cars to ogle. I saw a few minutes from the middle of an episode while flicking channels and it seemed a bit too cheesy for my tastes.

Really I'd have to say No!
There's a nice Camaro as the star but not much else. The girl who drives it is worth looking at but the whole thing together is a pretty much a lot of nonsense. About what you would expect from the maker's past history :xd:

The most non realistic thing about that picture is that he doesn't have an inspection light of some sort underneath the car. He is working in the pitch black under there!

Heh, thanks for the honest opinion! Think I might give it a miss tbh!
