I bet TO55 ERS was banned as well but that would sum up a lot of modern drivers.

I've had a few good numbers over the years, MUD, MUG, DUG, CAP, BUD, PUD, NAF, and the gem was APE which was on a 1978 Rover Sd1 and the number seems to have stuck as some of my so called mates still call me Rockape!

Hi Andy,
An interesting read, thanks for posting. To be honest, none of those plates really look like the words they are suppossed to represent. I think the DVLA should issue them for the much-needed revenue that the sales will generate. You'd have to be as thick as do67sht to pay good money for any of the plates shown........

The 67 plates don't really lend themselves to making up rude words. I've been racking my brains and the best (?) I can come up with is DO67URD, that with a little illegal spacing will become DO6 7URD. The perfect plate for a Kia Picanto or similar..... :)
