You know "women's things" right?
You know "women's things" right?
..tampons etc?
Well... don't make the mistake I made. My Mrs needed some, so I ran down the shop and had a look at all the kinds. All the ones. Obviously 'super' means 'better' right? Like Super Unleaded? So I got them. Wrong! It means 'wider'. 'Cavernous'. She was not amused and thought I had done it on purpose.
What sort of a world do we live in... ahhh... actually, now I think about it, supertankers are large tankers.... so I suppose I walked into that one. No-one to blame but myself.

Colour coded really? I bought Lil-Lets in the end... but I'm pretty sure they were in a different set of colours than the Tampaxes. But yes, learned a new thing so isn't a bad result

Did you see that episode of Antiques Roadshow where someone took a used tampon for the experts to look at.
They wanted to know which period it was from.

Re: You know "women's things" right?
Two little boys go into the grocery store. One is nine years old and the other one is five years old. The nine year old grabs a box of tampons from the shelf and carries it to the register for checkout. The cashier asks, "Oh, these must be for your mom, huh?" The nine-year-old replies "Nope, not for my mom." Without thinking, the cashier responded "Well, they must be for your sister then?" The nine year old quickly responded, "Nope, not for my sister either." The cashier had now become curious "Oh. Not for your mom and not for your sister? Who are they for?" The nine year old says, "They're for my five year old little brother." The cashier is surprised "Your five year old little brother?" The nine year old explains: "Well yeah, they say on TV if you wear one of these, you can swim or ride a bike and my little brother can't do either of them!"

For this thread I think it's time to throw the 'towel' in
If an honest man is wrong and after demonstrating that he is wrong he either stops being wrong or stops being honest
