Morning all, (Nick.)

Yep, I nipped down to Walton Bridge Breakfast Club yesterday and it was a great turn out I can say. I'll get some pics up tonight... I parked up next to a really nice 280 too and had a nice chat with the owner, (who I totally forgot to ask his name, but he knew Kris....) also had a brief chat with Kris... Well, all for now.

Oh, hope you can make Battles Bridge Classic Ford Nick??? Danny, anyone else??? It's still a time off, mid August.... cheers.....

John...

Missed a local show yesterday as weather was :turd: And today isn't any better, with the forecast for most of the week wet and windy too

My car is an expensive ornament atm....On a good day it all makes sense, but when it's just sat there :? I often wonder what's the point :headscratch:

It was overcast, but not raining, in the morning, but it was bright and sunny by about 11AM. 8-)
I heard on the radio that later this year could be the hottest ever.......obviously not starting from today!

Wow thats a gorgeous picture! Love the background, where abouts in the country is that?

People complaining about bad weather, did you guys not have the sweltering heat we had here last week? Its been lovely here for the most part, with just a couple of really wonderful thunderstorms and rain showers to help cool things down when it began to get unbearable.

It was so hot i thought that its either gonna live up to the possibility of being the hottest summer on record as they say (like they do every year), or that was the lot and the rest is gonna be typical English summer time shite.

Hi,
I agree, it was such a good photo opportunity I couldn't pass it up. It's part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, although it's quite a bit inland so there's no view of the sea from here, unfortunately. There is a view of a Capri 2.8 though......

A great picture there , I was thinking about Santa pod but my legs are not to good so thought I would miss it . I also looked at the Walton Bridge Breakfast Club as it was on Facebook that I have joined but not a clue how the thing really works . Also was not quite sure where Walton bridge was .
I used Facebook thing to get a place at the ace cafe on the 5th August so looking forward to that but weather being ok is coming up around our neck of the woods ?

Also off topic please don't tell me of . Have you got your car sorted nick ?

Rob this really is one of the best Classic Ford Shows imo fella. Has everything. Great cars, great jumble and of course superb action on the famous 1/4 mile. It really is a great day out ! See you there next year !! They do overnight camping too so you can make a weekend of it :D

Hi Jason. Mate I am fitting a new alternator on Friday as I am off work. The battery has been holding onto 12.7v all week. All the connections/wires seem ok so hopefully fitting this new alternator should sort it. Will post up how it goes. Cheers Jason
