You can hear a Ka coming from a mile away, those little Endura-E pushrod engines tick like a bag full of nails, every single one of them!

Hi,
The KA is a great choice to have as a first car.
Andrew.

I like driving it for a small car its great fun Perhaps next year for Simply Ford. My Son might go in his Focus (my old one) or his mates Fiesta ST.andyd wrote: Is she taking it to Simply Ford

Not this one, it has the better Duratec engine. And its a great little engine with loads of torque for a 1.33 Litre Power wrote:You can hear a Ka coming from a mile away, those little Endura-E pushrod engines tick like a bag full of nails, every single one of them!

My son had a Corsa 1.2 which is a bit more of a lads car. IMO the Ka goes and handles better than the Corsaandyd wrote:or a Corsa, cheap on insurance....Andrew 2.8i wrote:Hi,

The Fiesta ST is a future classic imo, as the XR2 is/was.....Providing the lads today don't write them all offsheff wrote:I like driving it for a small car its great fun Perhaps next year for Simply Ford. My first car was a Datsun 120Y, so anything beats that!

I agree the ST's will be a future classic.... Most will get written off so the ones that survive will become collectable. The Focus Zetecs are a little boring but good reliable work horses

You don't see many Datsun's around now, I bet one of those would be worth a small fortune now!Andrew 2.8i wrote:sheff wrote:I agree Andrew, for a girl anyway

Hi Neil.
Great news your daughter has passed her driving test mate and has joined the Blue Oval Club
Ermmm....I presume her KA has a 'Blue' Oval rather than a 'pink/purple' one
All the best
Nick
