Thank you Mr Seagull!

Post by Peter-S »

I haven't used the 2.0 a lot over the last year (300 miles according to the MOT man yesterday!) but this morning I took it down to Ramsgate seafront for a memorial service for the75th anniversary of Operation Fuller. Whilst we were remembering the fallen a passing seagull left this for me

I had that last year when I got the car out of the garage at 05.00 to go to Simply Ford....Within 5 seconds one got it all across the tailgate :crying:

Also had it going over the Tamar Bridge a few years ago in my XR3i, first drive out in it too....Covered :banghead:

Oh Dear,

Not sure what part of the country Peter-s lives in but down here on the north Devon coast this is a regular occurance. Bloody shite-hawks. One even took a tray of chips out my little lads hand last summer. Same thing happened to me when I was about the same age as he is now. They are noisy bastards aswel ha.
I KNOW MY CAR IS OLDER THAN ME......WHATS YOUR POINT???

Perfectly Clean & Sparkling, then the Eagle from Above struck!!! We actually heard this like Artillery falling from the Sky!!!

We all then scrambled to get out from under that Tree I can tell you!!!! Cheers all for now,

John...

I remember that well! Luckily Neil came well prepared with his water and cleaning paraphernalia.
At least we weren't stood by the cars at the time.....

Great photo, by the way!

Andrew.
