Triumph Herald 1200 Am sure I seen it here in exactly the same place last time so am wondering if its part of the coastline now

Almost felt like getting a tub of Autoglym but methinks it needs a tad bit more than a buff up...still loved it though
Seen this in Deal today too...

I think I've seen that on a few visits we've had to Deal. Thought it was just dumped there?

Don't think the sea air has done it any favours

Yeah, as said I definitely reckon I seen it here in this very spot before too and at first glance you would think it was dumped but I kinda get the feeling from looking at the interior items that it "still belongs to someone". The passenger window is open about an inch so maybe to stop condensation, but as Andy also said the sea air would do more serious damage long term if its just left here to feel the full force of mother nature with a bit of salt added Very interesting that Paul has checked and its taxed and mot'ed so I am guessing it may belong to one of the fishermen as its parked up on the shingle beside the boats, and on a previous visit I got talking to a couple of them regarding a Escort Mk3 parked up on the shingle 25metres from this spot. Turned out one of the fishermen (young chap) owned the Escort and was slowly doing it up as and when he could. So maybe this is a project waiting to happen, but if next time I pop down to find it still sitting here then it may well be someone's project that just aint gonna happen ? Funny why it would be left in such a prominent position on a one way right hand bend where everyone cant miss it as they drive roundPaul G wrote:It's taxed and MOT'd.

Suppose some might love the look of this Herald Rob. Bit of "patina" is what some owners pay good money to achieve...this one is ready to move straight intoFreelanderfan wrote:The Herald looks in better shape than that Zodiac I posted in the Castle Combe meet

Andrew, wash your mouth out with Castrol Gtx old chap I could never bring myself to key a great classic as this no matter what the condition. The landscape in this photo is the Herald itself....ermmm but I did "chisel" "move" onto the hull of that wooden fishing boat in the backgroundAndrew 2.8i wrote:Hi Nick,
