I do. Like you, I didn't realise it was Kenny, although it's obvious once you've been told.
That film looks terribly dated. Where's his high-viz, helmet and video camera? Thankfully, there's no lycra to be seen either, unlike with today's lot ......
Great find Andy These public information films are the stuff of legend. Wonder why they stopped, if ever there was a time when people need telling it's now!

No 1471/1571 answer service, they would just keep ringing
And wasn't it far simpler, if you wanted to answer it then you would. If you didn't feel like it then you just left it. If it was really important they would keep ringing. And that was it. Straightforward and relaxed, but not anymore.

I wish!
I remember a radiogram which we had too (different to the pic you linked to, but same kind of thing). That went when the 'music centre' (record player, radio, cassette) came in, with the perspex lift up lid.

I still have my old 3310 and i'm just thinking of getting a new battery for it and putting it back in service. Can't be doing with these modern glass things.
As far as i'm concerned an i pad and a tablet are things you would find in your medicine chest and a laptop is something your cat sits on!

They actually brought these out again recently, but this pic is from the first time around. These were incredible back in the day! Note the packet which emulates newspaper 'fish & chip paper'. Chippies are not even allowed to sell them like that anymore.
