Nudging the red on way to mate's house on Wednesday night so pulled in a couple of times thinking Hot Weather etc. Even with leccy fan on it didn't want to cool down. Crawled to mate's house and it had got a shade low on coolant Bit of a nuisance when your stat housing blows a hole. It had drained down to - very low.
Poured in a filter jug full of hot tap water and hastily but carefully got it home. After cleaning with a drill brush it had two holes and looked like a mouse had eaten it from the inside out. Gob or two of Aluweld & all's good.
Now to find a tent.

Hi to the CRAP party goers,
Hope you all have a fantastic CRAP weekend. I am gutted I am missing this. What with work and holy confirmation commitments (wife's neice) there was no way I was gonna make this in the end. Will Def go all out to make sure I get to next year's. Looks like you should have cracking weather. Look forward to seeing some pics.
Don't drink too much
All the best

Super chilled weekend with a cracking Capri bunch.
Steady run home as usual, heavy rain at Lincoln but only a few minutes worth.
Big little dog waiting for me at sister's house.

Well Glyn, The thing is that I actually ended up NOT doing the Holy thing today but that was only cause I could not change my duty at work...so instead am working till gone midnight tonight So you see even if I had managed to swap duties at work imagine the reaction I would have got from the missus if I told her I would rather be in a field surrounded by capri owners drinking lots of beer and having a great crack INSTEAD of attending her nieces Holy Confirmation with her in Oxford today with all her family Some would say I got off lightlyTerra-Kotta wrote:So you're working nick, and have a holy thing on too ?
I was doomed not to attend CRAP this year Glyn. Hope to see some photos....did you undertake in any major work this year after changing that clutch for that lucky owner last year
All the best

Didn't trouble with many pics on the basis that if you were interested you would be there
Anyway, Rich's car attracted the flies, my 2.8 made its first CRaP then we headed off home in convoy

Briliant weekend nice and relaxed, spot on venue really good find (well done Peter)would have been nice if there where a few more there roll on next year
Re: CRaP 2015 3/4/5 July. New Venue
Yeah fantastic weekend. Julie Anne loved it too. SHe told me she loved me on Saturday and cried! We got back and she announced she wanted a Capri. Two hours of searching later and we are going to view one on Friday. She's amazing.
So good on the way back, was it six Capris in convoy? All very angry and cool looking.
Think we will get the tent up FIRST THING next year though...
