weird words ?

Post by capri dave »

i was making a post and typed out the word kitchen and it somehow came out as pathetic

i know the above statement will cause confusion to anyone reading this, because of course I never actually wrote the word pathetic in the first place...

see if it does it for you ?

just type out k i t c h e n but without the spaces obviously and see if it turns into pathetic.

im not going mad... honest! :headscratch:

Hi,
It's a spam filter thing that's been on the forum for a few months now. When it was first introduced the word exhaust was also substituted by the word pathetic. There were some amusing conversations before it was discovered what was happening!

Andrew.

I can type kitchen, but I am a professional.
Since I got a capri I've said "over the moon" a lot more than ever before.

Hi Jayman, how do you type the word that means the floor of the room you stand upon whilst you cook the dinner and also feed the cat on ? I just tried it again but got the infamous "pathetic".

Very clever...Or is it like "the magicians circle of secrecy" :)

Or are you a professional chef...??? :? :?

All the best

It makes me chuckle when somebody suggests wiping something with kitchen roll. There are a few posts saying that. When I first saw it, thought it was some motor industry insider product

It's getting a bit late, think I shall go into the kitchen and make a brew, before I turn the light off in the kitchen and turn in. Might watch Saturday kitchen at weekend before I go to B & Q to look at the new kitchen range. Hope it's not pathetic.

Hi,
I guess the techies are somehow altering the HTML or something to successfully circumvent the filter when the kltchen keyword is typed.
Please tell us how it's done, it's annoying the heck out of me!
Don't worry about that moron selling the kltchens finding out, he hasn't been on the forum for a long time!

Andrew.

Hey,
I've found the secret to this!
Kuche, cuisine, kuchyne, keuken, keittto, cucina, kuchnia, cozhina, kuhinja, kokken, kok, mutfak !!!!!!!!!

I've yet to find a way to write the word in English though! :headscratch:
