Capri Chop Shop Episode
The Capri Chop Shop episode is currently doing the rounds on Quest, on Freeview. The first part has been shown but is most likely repeated a few times as they tend to do. The second half has not been on yet, it's this week though. I'm not a great fan of this show, there are better ones out there, but it's interesting still. It hurts watching what they are doing to the Capri though!

Re: Capri Chop Shop Episode
Hi,
In my opinion, the garage featured have committed a crime against good taste in that episode. It's not something I would do to my car, but each to their own.
I wonder what has happened to they car featured, has it been sold on?
All the best,
Andrew.
Unfortunately, I can't get freeview (It's freesat around here, and Quest isn't one of the channels), however, I've seen this programme on Youtube.pbar wrote:It hurts watching what they are doing to the Capri though!

Re: Capri Chop Shop Episode
Hi,
Thanks for the link. Some interesting comments on the thread, that car certainly divides opinion.
The Capri must have been sold again in July 2012 on Ebay and fetched £6100.

£15,000 at least spent on the car in the programme and sold two years later for £6100, even with a previous celebrity owner. It seems individuality comes at a price!
All the best,
Andrew.

Yes exactly, it's just too...odd. They would have been far better off restoring the Capri to it's original form!
