if the bits of food isn't to big in the soup, i would say you would do both but depends on the soup your on about, as it could just be plain and no chewable bits in and then it would be drinking

I would say you eat soup. The diffrence is how you put it in your face. If you have it in a cup its drinking if you use a spoon its eating.

but then again c.turff what if the spoon is in the cup when you put it to your mouth so both things are touching at the same time ha ha but you are right in what your saying
