Trying to track down a Capri

Hi guys,

A friend of mine used to own a blue 1983 2.8i Capri, he sold it a couple of years ago due to personal circumstances but really wants it back! It had a very large whale tail - does anyone remember this car? Seen around the Cambridge area, I think a couple of you may have seen it go up on ebay a few years ago...

Otherwise, anyone know of any 2.8i's for sale not for the crazy money i've seen recently...

Any idea on the reg? If its the one I remember it was a hideously modified one.
