I can not comment on Carole Nash Insurance Services (The Company) and I do not want to get into a war of words. Having met Carole Nash in person on several occasions in the last few years (at Charity and Car Functions) I have found her to be a very approachable person, personable and easy to get on with. Try writing to her direct rather than venting your frustrations about her company on a public forum you are in my opinion more likely to get somewhere that way.

I have just had to make a complaint against a car insurance company, try contacting The Financial Ombudsman Service as they will go through the correct routes of making a complaint / getting your money back.

Good luck!
