Tom your a bright clever guy, more than capable of achieving anything you want.

Your probably brighter than me and I have a loft full of that rubbish and few cars.

Find a dream and go for it. guess its just about priorities.

That is quite a lot for those panels but its not totally outrageous. They are rare.

Next timeI we meet up and I have the MK1 you should drive it, might make you change your mind, lol.

That price is a bit disheartening, but I look at it this way: they aren't worth £1700 until someone has actually paid that money, and that has not yet happened in the 2 weeks that listing has been up.

£500 a piece for those 3 panels is quite a common price so he is not far off the mark. Not often you find all 3 panels for sale in one go.

Tell me about it... we just ended up paying over £500 for a non genuine front panel... then a genny one appears for only a little more.

The price of MK1 bits is horrendous. We're half way through a resto of a June 72 special. finding bits is very difficult.
